The UEFA Champions League Football 2015-16 season is the 61st edition of the European Top Football League and it will be held between September 15,2015 and May,2016 unless further changes occur.The final match of the UEFA Champions League this season will be held at San Siro in Milan,Italy.
Barcelona is the defending UEFA Football champion.The San Siro Stadium
which is located in Milan has good record of arranging big events like 1990 FIFA World Cup.It will be the good time for
Capital of Italy to hold an end of such competition.
Distribution equipment for Associations
There
are 77 teams who will participate in the UEFA Champions League Football 2015-16
season from 53 UEFA associations.According to UEFA rules,the seats were
distributed among the associations following the UEFA coeffficients of
the 2012-13 season.
The
defending Champion teams of the UEFA League, will be granted
the privilege to defend his title.There is a restriction in which four
teams from same association can not play in the Champions League.
The positions of the teams in their respective leagues is
shown in parentheses. Changes from previous seasonAfter two seasons the league
champion of Denmark loses direct access to the group stage for the league
champion from Switzerland.
The league champion Turkey (Fenerbahçe) and League Serbia (Red Star Belgrade) may not
compete in this edition to be serving a sanction from UEFA. His position will
be filled by the runner of their respective leagues.
